My Dream Home

We went house hunting, me wife & i. Got to go to two condos, one in Villa Wangsamas & another one at Platinum Villa PV6 at Taman Melati. First to go is the one in Villa Wangsamas. Located very near to Carrefour Wangsa Maju. We met the owner, Puan Aini; a very nice woman. Her condo is at the Block E, 7th floor. We went into the condo unit & we were thrilled. A very huge living room & most importantly a huge kitchen. Nice bedrooms too both the second room & the master bedroom. It has very nice views of KL City & KLCC. A view to die for. The rent was RM1300 per month. Deposit as usual, 2+1. The rent was no problem for us just the deposit(*sob sob)

Second to go is the condo unit at PV6 at Taman Melati. We went there at about 530pm together with Den & Mel, our two best friends. We met the owner, Mr Rizal at his unit at the 13th floor, Unit # A-13-13A. Mr Rizal is very friendly fellow so does his wife, a very chatty person. Both working for the government. By the looks of it, both are government high official. If not, how a government servant can afford to buy a RM270,000 worth of high line condominium. As the story from the owner, the unit that that they wanted to rent out previously was rented to a Somalian family. He said they trashed the house good & also they didn't pay the water & electricity bill which sums up to RM800. The water was then cut. Here's the sad part. The family then do all their works in the garbage room. YES....THE GARBAGE ROOM!! They bathe in it, they wash all their clothes in it....OMG!!! What were they thinking?? Maybe they were thinking that this country is Somalia. Pity the owner, Mr Rizal who needs to bear with it all.

Ok, here's the rent part. They are willing to offer RM1500 per month rent & for deposit, they only take 1+1+RM500 for deposit. But still they say when we were leaving their house & i quote "Kalau tak sewa pun takpe, tapi datang2 la melawat. Bole jadi kawan2." Where to get these kind of people nowadays?? Wish i can get neighbours like this.

P/S : I want to live in PV6. I like the enviroment. A lot of facilities e.g primary school & secondary school, MRR2 highway, near to 2 LRT stations, lots of public transportation. I gotta work harder if I want to live there. ☺

Tagged!!!

Because I've been tagged so I gotta do this. Lets start the tagged session!!
****The Rules :
1. Each bloggers must post these rules first.
2. Each bloggers will start with 8 random habits/facts about themselves.
3. Bloggers that are tagged need to write on their own blog about their eight things and post these rules. At the end of the blog entry, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
4. Don't forget to leave a comment in their blog, telling them they've been tagged, and to read your blog.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Loves to cook
This is very true. I don't know why but I like spending my time in the kitchen. I even like to create new recipes. Its kinda a very relaxing moment for me when I'm in the kitchen even it's humid & hot in herrrrr....

My Latest Song Choice : Madcon - Beggin'

This talented duo of Norwegian rappers has caught my ear when I was watching B-Boys (Gila Battle) throwing crazy moves on the streets at Pavillion KL. Their track of choice includes this track I'm about to introduce titled Beggin' using past sounds of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons from the late 60s. New flava was added by the duo from Norway thus producing this new hip yet funky sound. Watch this video taken from Youtube.com & lyrics included.

Madcon - Beggin' (Live)

Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons - Beggin'

LYRICS:

[Tshawe Baqwa]

Oooooh-- Put your loving hand out, baby

I'm beggin

Beggin, beggin you

Put your loving hand out baby

Beggin, beggin you

Put your loving hand out darling

Ridin high, when I was king

Played it hard and fast,

cause I had everything

Walked away, won me then

But easy come and easy go

And it would end

[Yosef Wolde-Mariam]

so i eight tama dj let me go

eight time i vj get me know

eight time I see ok let me know

but,i played that sj let me go

i`m on my knees when i`m (beggin)

cause i don`t want to lose (you) i got my heart on spett

and i hope that my heart gets wet becouse i freak down a beck

[Tshawe Baqwa]

Beggin, beggin you

Put your loving hand out baby

Beggin, beggin you

Put your loving hand out darling

[Yosef Wolde-Mariam]

I need you, (yeeah) to understand

Tried so hard To be your man

The kind of man you want in the end

Only then can I begin to live again

[Tshawe Baqwa]

An empty shell I used to be

Shadow of my life

Was hangin over me

A broken man

Without a throne

Wont even stand the devils dance

To win my soul
[Tshawe Baqwa]
Beggin, beggin you
Put your loving hand out baby
Beggin, beggin you
Put your loving hand out darling
[Yosef Wolde-Mariam]
Im fighting hard
To hold my own
No, I just cant make it
All alone
Im holdin on
I cant fall back
Now that big brass ring
Is a shade of black
[Tshawe Baqwa]
Beggin, beggin you
Put your love in hand out baby
Beggin, beggin you
Put your love in hand out darling
Beggin, beggin you
Put your love in hand out baby
Beggin, beggin you
Put your love in hand out darling
Beggin, beggin you
Put your love in hand out baby
Beggin, beggin you

We took a stop at the roadside while waiting for another 2 cars to arrive; Proton Persona driven by Mr Samad & Proton Wira Turbo driven by Mr Herman. First car to arrive is the Proton Persona driven by Mr Samad.

Human Weapon : Muay Thai

Muay Thai (pronounced [muāitʰāi]; Thai: มวยไทย) literally Thai Boxing and also known as The Art of the Eight Limbs. The different styles of kickboxing in Southeast Asia are analogous to the different types of Kung Fu in China or Silat in the Malay world. The Thai military uses a modified form of Muay Thai called Lerdrit.[1]
Muay Thai has a long history in Thailand and is the country's national sport. Traditional Muay Thai practiced today varies significantly from the ancient art Muay Boran and uses kicks and punches in a ring with gloves similar to those used in Western boxing. Muay Thai is referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. A master practitioner of Muay Thai thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact," as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.

Various forms of kickboxing have long been practiced throughout Southeast Asia. As with most countries in the region, Thai culture is based on that of India and China. These countries had a hand in the development of local martial arts. Indian boxing forms like Musti-yuddha are remarkably similar to Muay Thai and it is often said that every move in Muay Thai has a similar equivalent in Shaolin kung fu. Muay Thai's origin in Thailand can be traced back to its ancestor Muay Boran ("ancient boxing"). This was the form of unarmed combat used by Siamese soldiers in conjunction with Krabi Krabong, the weapon-based style [1]. The precedence Muay Thai and Muay Boran give to the kicks may be indigenous to Thailand and the surrounding area, since Indian boxing as well as southern Chinese styles use even low kicks sparingly. Another influence from Thailand's weapon style can be seen in the pre-fight Wai Kru ritual which is based on the sabre dance of Krabi Krabong. Eventually Muay Boran was divided to:
i) Muay Korat (Northeast) emphasized strength. A technique like "Throwing Buffalo Punch" was used. It could supposedly defeat a buffalo in one blow.
ii) Muay Lopburi (Center region) emphasized movements. Its strong points were straight and counter punches.
iii) Muay Chaiya (South) emphasized posture and defense, as well as elbows and knees.
iv)Muay Pra Nakorn (North) emphasized speed, particularly in kicking. Because of its faster speed, it was called as well "Ling Lom" (windy monkey or Loris).
There is a phrase about Muay Boran that states, "Punch Korat, Wit Lopburi, Posture Chaiya, Faster Thasao. (หมัดหนักโคราช ฉลาดลพบุรี ท่าดีไชยา ไวกว่าท่าเสา)".
As well as continuing to function as a practical fighting technique for use in actual warfare, Muay Thai became a sport in which the opponents fought in front of spectators who went to watch for entertainment. This kind of muay contests gradually became an integral part of local festivals and celebrations, especially those held at temples. It was even used as entertainment to kings.
Eventually, the previously bare-fisted fighters started wearing lengths of rope wrapped around their hands and forearms. This type of match was called muay kaad chuek (มวยคาดเชือก).

Cash Rebates For Vehicle Owners - Making it fast and easy for vehicle owners

KUALA LUMPUR: Three minutes. That's about how fast vehicle owners can claim the cash rebates.
This assurance came from Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) executive director Datuk Abu Huraira Abu Yazid.
Vehicle owners can get their cash rebates of up to RM625 from 683 post offices nationwide beginning tomorrow.
He said those who renewed or bought their road tax from April 1 until May 31 this year were the ones eligible to start claiming the rebate beginning tomorrow until March 31 next year.
He said these groups were categorised under phase one of the implementation. The vehicle owner must be present with their original identity card and fill-up a simple form that would be given by the post office staff.
“After the form is filled, the details will be verified with Road Transport Department’s system database.
“Once that is confirmed, the thumbprint of the owner will be required on the form, before the cash is handed over. It is a simple process,” he told a press conference at PMB near here yesterday.
Abu Huraira said those who did not want to queue up could fill up the form and drop a section of it into a special box while keeping a customer's copy for themselves.
“Once the owner receives the money order, the person can either cash it at post offices or at banks,” he added.
He said vehicle owners who had renewed or plan to renew their road tax from June 1 until March 31 next year could start claiming their rebates starting from July 1.
On June 4, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had announced the new fuel price of RM2.70 a litre for petrol and RM2.58 a litre for diesel. In line with that, owners of private vehicles with engine capacity of 2,000cc and below would enjoy a RM625 rebate.
Owners of private pickup trucks and jeeps with engine capacity of 2,500cc and below will also receive the rebate. Owners of motorcycles of 250cc and below are eligible for a RM150 rebate.
Customers can contact PMB’s customer service centre at 1-300-300-300 or visit the website at www.pos.com.my should they have any enquiries.

Bio Disc

What's BioDisc
BioDisc is a natural energy generating device. It's a wellness tool. When liquid is passed through the bio frequency created by the BioDisc, the molecular structure of the liquid is reformed to peak condition. The liquid turns into 'energised water' for consumption.

How to use the BioDisc
Pour drinking water over the BioDisc. Collect and drink the energised water. It's energised instantly. Otherwise, stand the bottle of your drinking water on top of the disc for six hours or longer. If you poured chlorinated water, the taste and smell will disappear. Put in your refrigerator overnight and everything in it will be energised.

Benefits :
By drinking the BioDisc energised water, you'll benefit the following:
1)It enhances the taste of food and beverages.
2)Helps to improve sleep.
3)Energises our body to be less fatigue.
4)Helps balance the 'Ying' & 'Yang' and create a 'Chi' Life Force.

Bintang Di Surga

Suddenly this song keeps on playing in my head since i played in for the first time on Friday in my car. This song keeps on popping up & played in my head. Here's the lyrics & video of Bintang Di Surga by Peterpan.

Peterpan - Bintang Di Surga

Lyrics :

Masih ku merasa angkuh
Terbang kenanganku jauh
Langit kan menangkapku
Walau kan terjatuh

Dan bila semua tercipta
Hanya untukku merasakan
Semua yang tercipta
Hampa hidup terasa

Lelah tatapku mencari
Arti untukku membagi
Menemani langkahku
Namun tak berarti

Dan bila semua tercipta
Tanpa harus ku merasakan
Cinta yang tersisa
Hampa hidup terasa

Reff:Bagai bintang di surga
Dan seluruh warna
Dan kasih yang setia
Dan cahaya nyata

Oh bintang di surga
Berikan cerita
Dan kasih yang setia
Dan cahaya nyata

Lelah tatapku mencari
Arti untukku membagi
Menemani langkahku
Namun tak berarti

Dan bila semua tercipta
Tanpa harus ku merasakan
Cinta yang tersisa
Hampa hidup terasa

*Reff
Oh Bintang Di Surga.......ohhhhhh
Oh Bintang Di Surga.......ohhhhhh

P/S:Feeling kinda sad when hearing to this track (*sob sob)

How about I take another MC tommorow coz I'm getting sick of people giving me evening shifts. Ngantuk mode is activated. *Ting Tong Ting Tong*

Kamen Rider Is The Coolest!!!

Remember when we're kids? Being so fond of Suria Perkasa Hitam. Ring any bells? This virus which bears the addictive behaviours to watch Kamen Rider (or so called Masked Rider) over & over again has been unleashed on me. Thanks to Anong(the name that my friend preferred to be called as instead of Noor Shah) for that. I started to watch Kamen Rider Kabuto at first then followed by its sequel series, Kamen Rider Den-O. Currently, I'm back tracking the Rider Series. Still to finish Kamen Rider Blade & Kuuga. The Riders transforms into their Rider form (as what they called it) by using special choreographed movements with the help of the Rider Belts. Using the battle cry "Henshin" which means transform in Japanese to transform into their respective Rider Outfits. Below videos are taken from Kamen Rider Blade Series introducing the main 4 Riders; Kamen Rider Blade (Ace of Spade), Kamen Rider Garren (Ace of Diamonds), Kamen Rider Leangle (Ace Of Clubs) & Kamen Rider Chalice (Ace Of Hearts)
