Hey guys & girls.....
I'm back with a new post and this time it's about what I have on my twin screen while answering call here in Datacom. It's a very neat place to work in & I'm starting to love my work here...
This is how we view our Service Level everyday....using VNC Viewer :

And down here is what I use to receive my calls.....a Cisco IP Phone application & a softphone called Aspect Uniphi Connect. Pretty neat huh? No physical hardphone lying around & about to meddle with...hehehe ☺

This Week - Reverse Buddy

Hey all.......This week it's all about answering calls......been picking up calls since yesterday...so far so good.....I've picked up 5 calls yesterday....beginning with Mr Harold Scruby which was having trouble with his Microsoft Outlook....What a guy.....hehehhee......Still picking up calls today....and guess what?? I've already scored 2 resolved cases today....Yeahhh!!!

MS ANZ T2 - Chapter 2

Arini genapla 1 minggu 2 ari aku training.....masih lagi tak sudah - sudah....hehehe.....just went through Perfect Call Structure with Tech Lead Guru from Team Heroes. Me myself is not sure to which team I will go into but hoping for the best. Most of the agents kat T2 already started to chat with me e.g Gulvinder, Satish, Zar, Alex, Susan, Muaz & some other la which I don't quite remember their names....Tomorrow will continue training with other mentors coz Guru will not be around....He's going to Phuket, Thailand for the Full Moon Party la.....hehehe...Will update more infos & pics once I get my own place later.. Signing off....

Datacom - MS ANZ T2 Personal Technician ...... Let The Games Begin!!

I've started with new work at Datacom located at 30th Floor of Menara Olympia. Started out with buddy session on the 7th & proceed to training on the 9th. Quite a nice place to work. Even though got lots of work to do but it seemed good. Can't wait to answer & solve customers' problems. Wish me luck!
